Refund and Return Policy

At Paint of Interest, we want all of our customers to have a positive and creative experience. Please review our policies regarding classes, events, and pottery purchases.

Classes & Events

• 72 hours or more notice: If you cancel your registration 72 hours or more before the scheduled class or event, the amount you paid will be credited to your account. This credit may be used toward any future class, event, or studio purchase.

• Less than 72 hours notice: If you cancel within 72 hours of the class or event, no refund or credit will be issued.

Pottery Purchases

We take great care in handling your pottery. However, accidents can happen during the glazing or firing process.

Our policy is:

• Repairable damage: If the damage is small and can be repaired, we will fix it for you.

• Unrepairable damage: If the piece cannot be repaired, you will be given the exact same piece to repaint at no additional cost. If the same piece is not available, the amount paid for that specific item will be credited to your account.
